Notification on Section 95 of The Personal Data Protection Act, B.E. 2562

GC Maintenance and Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Company”) gives importance to and respects the rights and has the highest level of security in privacy rights, as well as being aware of the protection of personal data and the maintenance of security in personal data to comply with Section 95 of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (“the Act”).

        The Company would like to inform you that for the personal data that the Company has collected prior to June 1, 2022, the Company will continue to collect and use your personal data for the original purposes (“Processing”). However, if you do not wish for the Company to collect and use your personal data, you may immediately cancel or withdraw your consent, unless such cancellation or withdrawal of consent is restricted by law or contract. However, your request to cancel or withdraw your consent will not affect the processing of your personal data that has been lawfully performed before (if any).

        The Company understands you, the owner of personal data, wish to have your rights respected and receive the highest level of privacy protection. Therefore, the Company will take strict measures to collect, use and disclose your personal data in accordance with the objectives, laws, contracts and consents you have given to the Company. It will also set preventive measures to prevent the unauthorized use of your personal data, which will result in such personal data being protected and safe from any actions that are contrary to the provisions of the Act and related laws.
