EPC Management Service (EPCm)

Engineering, Procurement, and Construction management (EPCm) is execution management on function to provide engineering work, Sub-supplier and sub contractor management, Construction contractor management by following owner’s procedure. GCME will support owner doing contract with sub-contract but the contract will be issued from owner. GCME will work closely with customers to expedite project excellence.
