HR Officer (Employee Relation)

Key Responsibilities

HR Officer (Employee Relation) – Yearly Contract
  • Responsible for the Employee Relation program, implement employee relations strategy and administrates the good relationship with employees
  • Implements the Employee Engagement program and promotes employee experiences
  • Manage and support of employees’ disciplinary proceeding
  • Provide advice and conduct relating to labor and welfare matters to all employees along with supervising all company’s regulation.
  • Arrange the meeting with the Welfare Committee, prepare reports and follow up
  • Coordinating with employee to receive complaint, and issue for finding solutions.
  • Executing activities related to employee relations based on annual plan.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science , Law , Human resource , Industrial & Organizational Psychology or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Employee Relation or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge in labor law.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command in English.
