HR Officer (Compensation)

Location : Map Ta Phut, Rayong

Key Responsibilities

HR Officer (Compensation)
  • Responsible for the Compensation & Benefit budgets including analytical report for HR operations function and consolidation of overall department budget
  • Prepare Compensation & Benefits Database and Dashboards
  • Review the Compensation & Benefits budgets, develop and implement for new HR policies and maintaining the company’s HR systems
  • Work on job analysis, salary structure and surveys, and data & cost analysis, and designing reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for the Executive team
  • Research, consolidate and analyze HR data and prepare/summarize HR analytics report and/or HR dashboard for all businesses
  • Handle the Compensation & Benefits reviewing and benchmark to create a new policy to support business requirements and ensure company benefits are cost-effective and competitive in the market

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field. (Bachelor of Science Program in Statistics or Finance will be an advantage) (GPA 2.70)
  • At least 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefit
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge in Power BI will be advantage
  • Good command in English (TOEIC 600)
