Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance Service)

Location : Map Ta Phut, Rayong

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands on diagnosis, repair and overhaul of various types of turbomachinery and/or heavy rotating machinery such as Heavy duty or Industrial gas turbine, Aero derivative gas turbine, Steam turbine, Centrifugal multistage compressor, Turbo expander Catalyst Change out, Fire Heater & Boiler etc.
  • Troubleshooting & analysis and technical support or provide consultation in all aspects of normal and emergency plant maintenance procedures and standards.
  • Plan associated activities and acquires the resources to mobilize all required personnel and equipment on time and in line with quality and safety aspect.
  • Maintenance report, analysis and recommendation to the Customer.
  • Collect equipment, maintenance data base.
  • Identify cost reductions & process improvements.
  • Provide coaching and knowledge sharing to team.
  • Ability on communication skill and negotiation with all customers and partners.
  • Maintenance methodology, develop maintenance digital 4.0

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (GPA 2.70)
  • 0-5 year experienced in rotating machinery maintenance in Petrochemical plant, Power plant, Petrochemical plant, Oil & Gas company.
  • Computer program: MS office (Word, Excel, Access, Power point, MS VISIO, MS Project), Auto CAD, Solid work, Primavera, etc.
  • Good team Player and management skill as a much.
  • Good English Language on writing and verbal.  (TOEIC Score 550 up)
