Key Responsibilities

Senior Sale Engineer – Engineering Business (1 position)

  • Seek out opportunities.
  • Meet with customers/clients face to face or online to offer company services to clients
  • Foster and develop relationships with customer.
  • Contact and coordinate with relevant parties both internal and external.
  • Plan and develop sales and marketing strategy to achieve client & sales revenue.
  • Analyze market opportunities, clients and competitors to improve and develop sales.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Seek ways of improving the way the business operation
  • Develop company marketing activities, create promotional advertisement and company public relation.
  • Verify quotation correctness, including important documents
  • Coordinate in contract drafting between clients and legal department
  • Prepare weekly marketing report, monthly marketing update report
  • Have a good understanding of company’s services
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superior

Sale Engineer – Maintenance Business (1 positions)

  • Establish new account by exploring, approaching and presenting company to new customer for promoting company’s scope of service.
  • Confer or consult with department heads to plan sales and marketing activities, the presenting approach strategy to Lead of customer.
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
  • Direct, coordinate, and review activities involving sales of maintenance service jobs or other subject of sales.
  • Respond efficiently to enquiries with prompt accurate and courteous replies.
  • To follow up the result of each quotation, plan for sales close and collect data of other competitors.
  • Gathering relevant information and keep record regarding SWOT analysis, sales situation, strengths and weaknesses of company’s service.
  • Study and analyze all related information and situation for developing marketing plan and sales strategy.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meeting, telephone calls, and e-mail.
  • Document Preparation and Control, including ISO, AVL and other related important document.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field.
  • Experience 2-10 years for Sale Engineer in Petrochemical business.
  • Knowledge and understand of feasibility study, FEED, EPC, and PMC in petrochemical and refinery project.
  • Good at analytical, logical, strategic and commercial thinking, planning & organizing, negotiation, presentation, communication, and managerial skills.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Analytical and planning skills
  • Good personality, interpersonal, and solving problem skills
  • Excellent in English (TOEIC score at least 550)
  • Ability to work under pressure both inbound/outbound and service mind
  • Driving license with own transportation
