Senior Construction Planner/ Construction Planner

Location : Map Ta Phut, Rayong

Key Responsibilities

  • Leader and mentoring to the construction scheduler and direct report to division manager.
  • Developing and set-up schedule including milestone for FEED and EPC projects (Level1/2/3/4).
  • Developing and review Schedule in EPC Project (Level4 / Level5)
  • Review and manage Construction Schedule and Contractor program.
  • Prepare proposal schedule support estimate package.
  • Developing project progress according to progress measurement system for all project phase.
  • Prepares and submit updated work program S-curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as critical path analysis.
  • Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly progress report.
  • Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary and area of concern.
  • Responsible for planning and scheduling for construction work including shutdown and turnaround work.
  • Responsible for resource allocation analysis including manpower histogram.
  • Direct report to project manager and management team identifying progress status for highlight or issues.
  • Engage with project team, construction team for reason of delay and mitigation action
  • Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.
  • Other duties as assigned such as to support on Project Control matter.

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering field.
  • 5-10+ years experiences
  • 5+ Years in the Oil & Gas , Refining and Petrochemical Industries.
  • 5+ Years specialized in Construction Planner experiences
  • Experiences in pharmaceutical or biorefinery project would be an advantaged
  • Knowledge and understanding Feasibility, FEED, EPC and PMC the petrochemical and refinery projects.
  • Expertise in construction knowledge for the petrochemical, refinery or Pharmaceutical project.
  • Expertise in project planning program (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft office.
  • Detailed knowledge of Computerized Schedule and cost management and reporting systems
  • Be able to work at Construction Site.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience of multi-disciplinary project and multiple stakeholders.
  • Leadership and work as a team player.
  • Enthusiasm, Initiative and cooperative.
