Senior Recruitment Officer/ Recruitment Officer (Yearly Contract)

Location : Map Ta Phut, Rayong

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling the end-to-end process of recruitment and hiring process.
  • Formulating sourcing strategies for each requisition and developing various sourcing channels, including agencies, job boards, industry referrals, social media and cold-calling.
  • Updating the hiring report and ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Meeting with Hiring Managers to discuss recruitment needs.
  • Performing other assignments to support team manager.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment field, preferably within oil and gas business or recruitment agency.
  • Strong interviewing skills, able to access candidates and provide recruitment expertise consultancy to businesses.
  • Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, active and fast learning person.
  • Good command of English.
