Thai PET Resin Company Limited (TPRC), has implemented the SSP Operational Excellence Project, to expand production capacity, reduced energy consumption, and increase reliability lifetime.
This project consists of approximately 10 sub-projects that focus on improving various production processes to achieve the stated objectives. It is a complex project that requires expertise in design and construction because it needs to be carried out in an operating area (Plant modification) and within a limited timeframe due to its impact on the Turnaround (T/A) of TPRC.
GC Maintenance and Engineering Company Limited (GCME) has been entrusted to carry out the project as an EPC Contractor (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and support for Commissioning ) with expertise and experience in executing Brownfield projects that require work in operating areas with construction limitations. This project was executed according to the established plan and was completed in the late year 2022. Collaboration and support from TPRC were crucial factors that contributed to the successful completion of this project.
