GC Maintenance and Engineering Company Limited (GCME) is honored to be entrusted by GC-M PTA Co., Ltd. (GC-M PTA) to undertake the Anaerobic Wastewater Expansion Project. This significant project focuses on expanding the anaerobic wastewater treatment system to enhance wastewater treatment efficiency, increase treatment rates, reduce energy burden, and promote sustainable environmental practices.
This project is divided into several sub-packages, with GCME responsible for the following tasks:
•Detailed engineering: This involves creating detailed plans and specifications for the construction of the project.
•Construction of the UASB Tank: This is a type of wastewater treatment tank that uses anaerobic bacteria to break down organic matter. The tank will be made of concrete and have a diameter of 19 meters.
•Construction and installation of equipment for the anaerobic wastewater treatment system: This includes installing pumps, valves, pipes, and other equipment that is necessary for the operation of the system.
The project is scheduled for completion on November 30, 2024, at the WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut) in Rayong Province. GCME is committed to delivering the highest quality work and meeting the needs of its clients.
