GC Maintenance and Engineering Company Limited (GCME), a leading Thai engineering and maintenance service provider, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with First National Holding Company (NOMAC) from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The agreement aims to explore potential collaboration in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and Field Services for existing and future assets owned by GCME and its affiliates.
The signing ceremony took place on July 1, 2025, and was officiated by Mr. Sarawuth Nuntavadeepisarn, Managing Director of GCME, and Mr. Stefan Alfons L. Verlee, Director of NOMAC.
This partnership marks a strategic step for GCME in its transformation from a conventional engineering and maintenance service provider into a “Total Solution Provider” — offering end-to-end services from design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance to system optimization, especially within the energy and petrochemical sectors.
NOMAC is a recognized expert in O&M and field services across power, water, green hydrogen/ammonia, and renewable energy sectors. Its capabilities cover gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, and rotating/static equipment in power plants and heavy industries, which align with GCME’s growth strategy in expanding regional and international capabilities.
Under this MOU, both parties will explore joint strategic and technical collaboration, resource sharing, and knowledge and technology exchange. A joint working team will be established to drive tangible outcomes over the next three years.
This collaboration reflects the shared vision between GCME and NOMAC to elevate Thailand’s service standards to the global stage, while strengthening competitiveness in the energy and heavy industrial markets worldwide.
