GC Maintenance and Engineering Company Limited (GCME) and Advanced Refinery Technology Company Limited (ARTIS) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic partnership in Catalyst Handling, Turnaround & Shutdown Projects, and related Reactor Services.
This collaboration aims to integrate the strengths and expertise of both organizations — combining GCME’s proven capabilities in Engineering, Project Management, and Comprehensive Maintenance Services with ARTIS’s world-class technologies and specialized expertise in Catalyst Handling. Together, the partnership will enhance Safety and Efficiency standards in the energy industry across Thailand and the Southeast Asian region.
Under the MoU, both parties will collaborate in key areas, including:
- Joint execution of Catalyst Handling and Turnaround Projects for major clients in Thailand and overseas.
- Integration of GCME’s role as Project Leader and Engineering Specialist with ARTIS’s proprietary technologies to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet international safety standards.
- Establishment of a Joint Task Force to exchange technical knowledge, conduct training programs, and develop personnel competencies in alignment with API Standard 2217A.
- Joint Marketing and Business Development initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and expand market opportunities both domestically and internationally.
