GCME Approved as a Certified Engineering Inspection Body for Boilers and Thermal Fluid Heaters by the Department of Industrial Works (DIW)

GC Maintenance and Engineering Company Limited (GCME) has officially been approved by the Department of Industrial Works (DIW), Ministry of Industry, as a Certified Engineering Inspection Body for Boilers and Thermal Fluid Heaters, effective 27 August 2025.

This certification authorizes GCME to provide legally required inspections for boilers and thermal fluid heaters, supported by highly experienced engineering inspectors and specialized Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) teams dedicated to ensuring the safety and operational reliability of industrial equipment.

One of Only 17 Certified Organizations in Thailand
GCME is now one of 17 organizations nationwide that have successfully met the DIW’s rigorous standards for personnel competency, engineering capability, and quality management systems. With this approval, GCME can help customers ensure that:

• Their boiler and thermal fluid heater systems comply with regulatory requirements
• Equipment remains safe, reliable, and fit for operation
• Plants can avoid unplanned shutdowns and maintain continuous operations

Prepared for Future “Pressure Vessel” Legislation
Beyond the current certification scope, this approval also positions GCME to immediately qualify as an authorized Pressure Vessel Inspection Body once the new regulation is announced.
